Go ahead & look at the pictures. We know you won’t take in any of what I’m writing until after you’ve seen T~.

or the flicr link is in the links at the top of the page.

Okay, now that you’ve looked, isn’t she wonderful?!!! She’s very small & active. She almost never stopped moving. T~ was handed to me first but was quite taken with J~. She couldn’t stop looking at him. J~ finally got his shot at holding her & T~ was mesmerized by him. I think we definitely have a daddy’s girl!

The ride to the orphanage was quite an experience. We left at 9:30am & one of the first things we did was run into a girl on a motorcycle. So much for my confidence in crossing the street! The ride was long, long, long. The road was a major highway but it was like nothing we’ve ever seen. We went less than 60 miles in 2.5 hours. We saw lots of rice paddy’s, cows, & a naked man. The orphanage is behind a beauty salon & the view down to the building was very pretty. The nanny’s quickly handed each family their baby & we had about 30-45 minutes to cuddle them & take pictures. None of the babies were wearing diapers, all were wearing sweaters or sweatshirts. It was hard to tell what was pee & what was sweat. The nanny’s loved the picture of E~ & G~ so much that they kept it. They seemed pleased to know T~ will have 2 older brothers. She is obviously loved by her nanny. They also pronounced Thanh as Tine.

We still don’t have a confirmed G&R but our rep
Nancy seemed pretty sure it would be Friday afternoon.

Words just can’t describe the moments that we were able to spend with T~today. I don’t think I’ll even try. I hope the smiles on our faces will say what words cannot.
