I don’t know what I was thinking.
I had a Mt Dew last night at supper. Two actually. I was eating out with a women’s group from church & the restuarant only had Pepsi products. I’m not a big fan of Cola, or Mug Rootbeer, I wasn’t in the mood for Sierra Mist, & I don’t like iced tea. That left me with Mt Dew or water.
Water would have been the smart choice.
This morning I wake up (after being awake from all the caffeine until 3am) with gut rot. My stomach has decided it really doesn’t want to send that stuff through & I know this is normally how I feel after a Mt Dew, which is why I almost never have one.
Someday I will learn…

Ever the last minute planners, Jason & I are hoping we can go camping this holiday weekend. Smart to think of this about 2 days before we’d need to leave. This will be the first 4th Jason’s had off in 10 years & we’re feeling the pressure to make this a good weekend. We’ll for sure do some biking but we’re trying to decide whether it’s worth it to add camping to the weekend as well.
We’re also trying to decide what to do about a vacation. We’d originally thought we would go camping in Michigan but we don’t really want to spend $1000 in gas to pull my parents camper or spend the same amount getting the van’s A/C working again. I’m not sure what we’ll end up doing, but my guess is it’ll be a lot closer to home & involve a hotel.
